Built in 1924 and fully renovated in 2008–2009, the building formerly known as Allentown Lofts holds just ten residences across four stories.

These are historic lofts in the truest sense: the brick, the hardwood, and the tall factory windows remain. New kitchens, in-unit laundry, and smart-home systems were added with a light hand. Each loft is open in plan, with soaring ceilings, walk-in closets, and central air.
